Acest tip de masina este potrivita pentru pasageri, pentru calatorii confortabile, dar nu si pentru transportul lucrurilor de mari dimensiuni. Denumirea de sedan vine din latina si inseamna \u201ealbie\u201d. Partea de sus este realizata in foarte multe cazuri din metal, ceea ce face Cabrioletul sa capete atributul de \u201ehardtop\u201d. Masinile emana energie si sunt disponibile in varianta sport. Experienta de condus poate fi palpitanta, datorita kilometrajului de viteza mare. Astfel de masini sunt rezervate pasionationilor, fiind de regula scumpe. Se diferentiaza de sedan prin faptul ca are o inclinare sportiva datorita motoarelor puternice, caroseriei mai joase si celor doua usi. Initial, aceasta masina a fost creata pentru doi pasageri, insa, treptat au fost obtinute masini cu mai multe locuri. Masinile sunt destinate pentru transportul pasagerilor, fiind mai greu sa serveasca altor scopuri. O preblema adesea intalnita in cazul automobilelor de tipul limuzina este faptul ca ele sunt destul de dificil de parcat. De regula, exista masini care au un paravan de sticla ce le separa interiorul intre habitaclu pasagerilor si cel pentru sofer.<\/p>\n<p>Scaune: doua sau trei randuri<br \/>\nUsi: patru sau sase<br \/>\nPortbagaj: de regula, nu. Acesta din urma este deschis.
